- Under Virtual backgrounds, click + › Add image.
- Choose the 1080p file you downloaded.
Microsoft Teams
- Before joining, open Effects and avatars (or More › Video effects in a call).
- Under Backgrounds, choose Add new.
- Upload the image and apply.
Webex
- Open your video options and select Virtual background.
- Click + to add your own image.
- Pick the downloaded background.
Google Meet
- Click Apply visual effects on your self-view.
- Under Backgrounds, choose Add (upload).
- Select the image from your computer.
Tip: sit about an arm's length from the camera with a light in front of you. The scenes are lit warm, so a soft lamp helps you blend in.

Are these Airovale virtual backgrounds free?
Yes. All eight backgrounds are free to download and use behind you on video calls, in personal, school or work meetings. No account or signup is required.
Can I use them in work meetings?
Yes. Using a background behind you in a meeting is fine, even a business meeting. What is not allowed is selling, redistributing or repackaging the images, for example in a background pack, template, app or product.
Can I edit a background or add my company logo?
Please don't. The scenes are free to use as they are, but not to modify: no recoloring, added logos or text, collage, or removing the small Airovale mark. The automatic cropping, blur and mirroring your meeting app applies is fine.
What size should a Zoom or Teams background be?
1920×1080 pixels (16:9) is the size Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex and Google Meet handle best, and it is the main download here. The original 3840×2160 (4K) file is also available for large displays or recording.
Why does the Airovale mark look backwards on my screen?
Most meeting apps mirror your own preview, so the mark appears reversed to you but reads correctly to everyone else on the call. In Zoom you can turn off “Mirror my video” under Settings › Video to check.
